About this Project

BlueScope is a provider of innovative steel materials, products, systems, and technologies, headquartered in Australia with operations spread across North America, Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Islands and throughout Asia. With over 14,000 employees it needed a workable, large-scale, and engaging Learning Experience Platform.

As a Learning Experience Designer, I was tasked with designing, implementing, and delivering the new Learning Experience Platform (LXP) for BlueScope. This initiative resulted in a remarkable increase in employee engagement with learning resources. I also collaborated closely with the Global Learning Leads to build their regional communities, leading to a rise in cross-functional collaboration. Furthermore, I designed multiple user-friendly eLearning modules and adaptable templates, achieving an overall reduction in onboarding time across business units. These versatile templates were instrumental in streamlining the building process, resulting in a boost in the overall productivity of new modules.
